DenTrek Introduces New Simulation Training Modules at ADA

At the upcoming American Dental Association meeting, DenTrek, the dental division of Learn HealthSci, will be introducing "DenTrek Simulation Training", a new web-based training tool designed to train sales reps through the use of online interactive virtual real-life scenarios. Each simululation module allows the sales rep to make specific decisions related to selling specific products and services. Throughout the training, the sales rep is "coached" based on their selling strategy.

"Rather than post pdf files on the web describing common obstacles and best responses, we have created interactive multimedia that engages the sales rep, putting them in a virtual scenario," says Philip Klein, DMD, CEO and founder of Learn HealthSci Inc. "Interactive simulation modules contain voice-over, video, text and 3D animation... these kind of multimedia components integrated into an interactive platform creates a compelling and effective training experience," says Klein. This kind of training gives the sales rep more confidence when presenting face-to-face with the customer.
